二.硫化橡膠塑料擊穿電壓試驗(yàn)儀主要技術(shù)參數(shù)：
1）輸入電壓：交流 220V ；輸出電壓： 交流 0--50KV ，直流 0—50kv ；電器容量：5KVA；能進(jìn)行直流和交流試驗(yàn)；
2）有透明防護(hù)罩，升壓速度10-5000V/s可調(diào)，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)均勻升壓、梯度升壓、耐壓升壓、連續(xù)升壓、逐級升壓、手動升壓等功能，要求輸入交流220V，分別輸出交流、直流0-50kV，分級為0-5kV、0-10kV、0-20kV、0-50kV
3）準(zhǔn)確度1%，有自動保護(hù)，帶電腦和打印機(jī)，可記錄和打印試驗(yàn)值和圖表。
4）主要用于絕緣紙及紙板、層壓板、絕緣管、線棒、塑料、薄膜、柔軟復(fù)合材料、浸漬樹脂、橡膠、絕緣膠、陶瓷等絕緣材料的擊穿電壓、電氣強(qiáng)度、耐電壓實(shí)驗(yàn)，配2套相應(yīng)電極。

三.硫化橡膠塑料擊穿電壓試驗(yàn)儀安全保護(hù)
試驗(yàn)在試驗(yàn)箱中進(jìn)行，試驗(yàn)箱門打開時電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側(cè)無電壓。100KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗(yàn)箱壁的zui近距離大于370mm，50KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗(yàn)箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗(yàn)時即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險。
設(shè)備要安裝單獨(dú)的保護(hù)地線。接保護(hù)地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產(chǎn)生的較強(qiáng)的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機(jī)失控。
該試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的電路設(shè)有多項(xiàng)保護(hù)措施，主要有：過流保護(hù)、失壓保護(hù)、漏電保護(hù)、短路保護(hù)、直流試驗(yàn)放電報警等。
直流試驗(yàn)放電報警功能:在設(shè)備做完直流試驗(yàn)時,當(dāng)開啟試驗(yàn)門時設(shè)備會自動報警,直至使用設(shè)備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.（注：因?yàn)橹绷髟囼?yàn)后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成人身傷害）。
試驗(yàn)放電裝置，隨主機(jī)為一體化，改進(jìn)了以往單獨(dú)配備一根放電桿的功能。

The closest distance between the 100KV test equipment and the high-pressure electrode distance test box wall is greater than 370mm. The closest distance between the 50KV test equipment and the test chamber wall is more than 250mm. Even when people are in contact with the wall of the test box, there will be no danger.
The equipment should be equipped with a separate protective ground wire. The protective ground wire is mainly to reduce the strong electromagnetic interference to the surrounding when the sample is broken down. It can also avoid controlling computer out of control.
The circuit of the test equipment has many protective measures, including overcurrent protection, loss of voltage protection, leakage protection, short circuit protection, DC test discharge alarm, etc.
DC discharge test alarm function: in the equipment finished DC test, when open the door will automatically alarm test device, discharge device used on the device after discharge until the alarm will automatically be cancelled.
