.熔體流動速率測定儀主要用途及功能:

熔融指數(shù)儀符合GB/T3682-2000的標準要求,熔融指數(shù)儀主要參數(shù)同時也滿足ISO1133、ASTM1238標準要求可用于對可用于聚乙烯、聚炳烯、聚苯乙烯、ABS、聚酰胺、纖維樹脂、丙烯酸酯、聚甲醛、氟塑料、聚碳酸脂等多種塑料材料的熔體質(zhì)量流動速率(MFR)或熔體體積流動速率(MVR)來進行測定;采用進口雙顯智能化控溫儀表,控溫精度穩(wěn)定。

 

熔融指數(shù)儀由微處理器按標準試驗流程進行程序化設定,升溫速度快、恒溫精度高;在填料之后,能迅速恢復恒溫狀態(tài)。中文顯示,自動計時,自動切料,自動打印等多種功能。

.熔體流動速率測定儀主要特點

1、加熱體元件已經(jīng)淘汰同類產(chǎn)品采用的普通電加熱絲的方式,而采用稀有合金材料鎳鉻金屬壓鑄而成,具有長時間高溫狀態(tài)燒不壞的使用特點.

2、即可以做質(zhì)量法試驗又可以做體積法試驗。根據(jù)用戶要求,另配體積法(B法)位移檢測裝置一套.

3、配有無線遙控開關電源裝置可以遠程操作實驗主機的啟停。

4、該儀器由微機控制。

5、自動計時,自動切料,自動計算熔融指數(shù),自動打印試驗數(shù)據(jù)等多種功能.(可根據(jù)用戶特殊要求配英文操作方法)。
