FXJ-I方向機(jī)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)助力泵
該方向機(jī)助力泵試驗(yàn)臺(tái)是根據(jù)汽車動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向器（俗稱液壓方向機(jī)）專用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《QC/T306-1999汽車動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向控制閥總成臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)方法》及《QC/T529-2000汽車動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向器總成臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)方法》設(shè)計(jì)要求等相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。并依據(jù)動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向器和轉(zhuǎn)向助力泵所出現(xiàn)的故障而設(shè)計(jì)的，集動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向器及轉(zhuǎn)向助力泵維修、檢測為一體的動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向器綜合性能檢測臺(tái)。該檢測設(shè)備操作簡單、維護(hù)方便、檢測精度高。經(jīng)本檢測臺(tái)檢測的動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向器和轉(zhuǎn)向助力泵合格率達(dá)到。
該方向機(jī)助力泵試驗(yàn)臺(tái)采用油壓系統(tǒng)，主機(jī)變頻調(diào)速，轉(zhuǎn)速任意預(yù)置，數(shù)字表顯示，試驗(yàn)油恒溫控制。
主要檢測方向機(jī)助力的對稱度，左右扭矩，內(nèi)漏，轉(zhuǎn)向，單邊沉重。轉(zhuǎn)向助力泵的工作壓力，流量，密封性及相關(guān)閥的密封性等各種液壓轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)故障。采用液壓泵隨時(shí)可以調(diào)節(jié)液壓系統(tǒng)的工作狀況檢測元器件的各種參數(shù)。特別適應(yīng)載重車輛液壓轉(zhuǎn)向及工作性能的檢測和試驗(yàn)。該機(jī)采用變頻調(diào)速控制轉(zhuǎn)速 數(shù)字電子儀表顯示油溫轉(zhuǎn)速等工況，壓力儀表顯示轉(zhuǎn)矩、工作壓力等各種參數(shù)。
